DESCRIPTION:How do the concerns of non-human actors reach us? And if we ar
 e always already entangled in shared\nmaterialities\, what does that do to
  the concepts of care and responsibility? This workshop explores how new m
 aterialisms and other relational\, de-anthropocentric approaches challenge
  conventional understandings of these terms\, how responsibility may be re
 conceptualised\, and how narratives can shape new ethical frameworks in th
 is context. It brings together disciplines and scholars who share an inter
 est in narratives and their shaping of our connections with human and more
 -than-human others. Together\, we want to think imaginatively\, creatively
 \, and speculatively about responsibility and care. Our aim is to discuss 
 both the ‚new narratives‘ of theory as well as narrativity in the narr
 ower sense\, especially regarding its possible role for a new conception o
